The house has two approaches:
From the city street Matija Gupca; and from the large parking lot next to the summer entrance to the thermal riviera pool of the Minerva Hotel, or next to the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation of Varaždinska Toplica.

There is a double bed in the apartment. There is also a folding bed that can be an extra bed.
The apartment has a kitchen and 1 bathroom. It is equipped with dishes for preparing and serving food, and in the bathroom with hygiene products.
There is a terrace with furniture for use, as well as a common flower garden with garden furniture; as well as a brick grill.

The apartment is located in a separate house in the garden, which is connected to the common facilities. The whole house is your apartment. The apartment is completely new.
The apartment has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and toilet. In the living room there is a folding sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people.
In the attic, which is connected by internal stairs, there is an open sleeping area with a bathroom.
There are 2 joined beds for one person, and in the second part there is another folding bed as an extra bed, also for two more people.
A common flower garden with garden furniture and a brick grill are available for use.

REGISTRATION (CHECK-IN):On the day of arrival, you can come at any time according to your schedule, at the time you want. Please note that your apartment before 16:00 will not be readyn for entry, unless we have explicitly confirmed the possibility of your earlier entry into the apartment during the reservation.
CHECK-OUT: Checkout time is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure, and we ask that you respect this so that our team can prepare the apartment for the next guests on time.
KEY:
We live here, but to make it comfortable, without stress; you pick up the apartment key yourself, we use a small safe with a code to store the keys, which is located next to the entrance door to your apartment. In order to get the code to open the safe, you need to send us photos of the documents (identity card or passport) of all the guests.

If the day is closed, or if the date is crossed out, it means that all our apartments for that day are already booked. If the day is open, if the date is not crossed out, it means that at least one apartment is available for booking.

All apartments offer privacy and each has its own separate entrance. The apartments are heated in winter, air conditioning is available in summer. All apartments are equipped with their own kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and oven; as well as dishes for preparing and serving food and drinks. All apartments are connected to the common facilities of the grassy garden with garden furniture, which is full of flowers and is for the use of all guests.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Pets are not allowed.
Your apartments are located in one of the oldest houses in Varaždinske Toplice, built of natural stone sometime after the great fires in the 17th century and the great plague pandemic in Europe, until 1860, when the oldest existing cadastral plan of Varaždinske Toplice was dated, where the house is already drawn.

There is no exact record of the date of construction, but it is assumed according to other records that it was
house built in the second half of the 18th century, aroundin 1772 years.
The house is under the protection of cultural monuments, it has been carefully renovated since 2005.
We certainly want you to feel comfortable and relaxed in Apartments Dajčić. Your apartments are located right next to the summer entrance to the Thermal Riviera with outdoor and indoor pools and thermal water.
The swimming pools are open, as well as the accompanying wellness facilities, every day from 09:00 to 20:00.
In winter, only indoor swimming pools are open daily from 09:00 to 20:00.
Tickets are not included in the price of stay, they can be purchased at the entrance to the swimming pools

In these modern times, it is very significant that the highway (A4), the European transport corridor (E65, E71) that connects Central Europe with the Adriatic Sea passes right by the center of the city. Varaždinske Toplice has a direct exit from the highway to the city center itself, exit No. 6 of the A4 highway.
We are right next to the Minerva Hotel.
Apartments Dajčić are only a 2-minute drive from the highway exit.

The town of Varaždinske Toplice is located in the north of Croatia, on the northeastern edge of Hrvatski Zagorje, on travertine terraces along the southern slope of Toplica Gora and the rim of the basin through which the Bednja river meanders. This small town with its surroundings of 23 suburban settlements is located at an altitude of 204 m above sea level, covers an area of about 80 km2 and has about 6,300 inhabitants. Only slightly more than 1,800 inhabitants live in the narrower area of the city.
For more than 2,500 years, Varaždinske Toplice has been rising in a picturesque landscape of unique beauty, in an environment full of nature, peace and quiet; relatively mild, above all healthy climate, clean and healthy air with the natural gift of thermal and medicinal water. As in a fairy tale, the sleeping beauty woke up. In these last few years, a lot of money, effort and love have been invested in this city.
