Shared flower garden

A common flower garden connects our two apartments into one unit. It is organized as a lawn surrounded by stone pergolas full of well-kept flowers. At night, it is illuminated with decorative LED lighting, which gives it a romantic atmosphere.

On the south side, the garden is dominated by a tall Caucasian fir, along with pine, ash and red maple. In the background is a wide courtyard path as a communication between the two entrances to Apartments Dajčić. On one side is the main entrance from a quiet city street, and on the other side is the entrance and communication with the arranged parking lot and the entrance to the thermal riviera with swimming pools. You park your car in this parking lot, right next to the apartments; next to our flag of Apartment Dajčić.

Apple, pear, sour cherry and cherry trees have been planted along the yard path, along which decorative lighting has also been installed. Evergreen bushes, lavender bushes and currant bushes are planted at the base of the fruit trees. Black grape vines are also planted along the road, as well as along the western fence towards the parking lot; and next to the garden house, Apartment 3 Holiday house is planted with a yew tree, a mint pergola, a bush of white grapes and figs. When it's ripe, serve yourself!

The northern edge of the garden is dominated by a hazelnut tree on a raised stone pergola and a brick grill that can be used by guests. Next to the main building, under the stairs, there is a stack of wood that you can use, help yourself! In the northern stone pergolas, climbing roses are planted, and below them is a star, so that the main object, along with the hibiscus, is dominated by a tall Istrian pine tree.

On the eastern side of the garden, next to the terrace of Apartment 1, a beautiful climbing rose dominates, at the foot of which there is an amphora surrounded by rosemary, and in early spring this part is full of visibab.

In the summer, it is pleasant to sit in the garden in the evening, we have set up garden furniture, several garden sets, umbrellas... Small decorative details are also always added to the garden so that while you rest in the garden, the atmosphere is even more relaxed, even more romantic; to make you feel at home. Depending on the time of year you visit us, because we are open all year round for you; you can always just light a romantic bonfire in the fire pit of the grill, which, along with our solar torches and the color of the outdoor lighting that you can choose yourself, will make your stay in the garden pleasant. Also for you, for your children in the garden you can find a suitable box with articles of family recreation on the lawn; several balls, rackets, bagmington, frisbee, mini darts, etc.

Advent in the garden

In winter, during Advent, the entire garden is decorated and decorated in the spirit of Christmas. Advent in Apartments Dajčić is a special attraction that should not be missed. Thousands of Christmas lights, baubles and garlands are waiting for you; traditionally every year for decades!

Apartment 1
Studio apartment with terrace

The 4-star quality studio apartment has its own separate entrance from the covered terrace, which, like the common garden, is full of flowers. The terrace is connected to the common garden. The area of the apartment is slightly less than 36 m2. On the entrance terrace of about 20 m2, which is for the use of guests, a larger table has been placed, and sitting benches are integrated along the edges of the terrace with balcony flowers as part of the forged fence. On the terrace there is also a rattan club set with 4 comfortable armchairs and a corresponding glass table. At the entrance to the apartment there is a solid anti-burglary door. The apartment is available throughout the year.

The walls of the apartment are made of natural stone with a thickness of 60 cm, which when stimulated with heat emit negative electrostatic ions, extremely favorable for the human body and mood.

This apartment is part of an entire stone house, built from natural stone back in 1772, which as a whole is a protected cultural monument registered as a cultural asset of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-5188

After 250 years athe apartment has been completely renovated, the last renovation was completed in the spring of 2019.

The heating of the apartment is central with automatic temperature regulation with thermal heads. By default, the temperature is set to 20 C, but you can adjust the heating yourself according to your own sense of comfort.

The bathroom also has underfloor heating. The windows have high-quality windows equipped with insulated glass.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

The entire space is furnished with modern furniture, the beds are new and the beds are of high qualityDozed offmattresses. They also have an anti-allergic cover under the sheet to make your sleep as good as possible.

There are 2 beds for you as standard, i.e. a double bed 180x200 which consists of two separate mattresses, furnished with clean linen. Duvets and pillows are made of modern materials, airy in summer and warm in winter. Depending on the season, the bed is covered with a protective blanket, and additional blankets are provided (not in summer).

In addition to the double bed, the apartment also has a 160x200 fold-out double sofa bed, which, depending on the number of guests, will also be furnished with clean linen; so the maximum capacity of the apartment is for 4 guests.

If you are traveling with a baby up to 2 years old, we can also offer a free baby cot with suitable baby bedding.

The apartment has a large flat-screen Smart TV connected to cable television (MAX TV). The TV is connected to the Internet via the home Wi-Fi network. There is also a mini line with a CD player.

In addition to the sleeping area, the apartment also consists of a larger kitchen with modern household appliances and complete dishes for preparing and serving food; and a dining table . In summer, it is possible to dine on the terrace with a large table, or in the garden.

If you don't want to cook yourself, we can certainly recommend and in accordance with your eating habits, reserve a table for you in nearby restaurants; and in the apartment there are phone numbers for fast food, if you want.

In the rental price in the upper kitchen elements there is an initial set of basic ingredients for use "for the first time" (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices) as well as various aids, aluminum foil, transparent foil, baking paper, paper kitchen towels, napkins. Next to the sink are detergent and dishwashing accessories.

For you, on the kitchen table, we have prepared coffee, beverages and tea as an option at an affordable price.

The kettle is located next to the microwave on the kitchen counter; and if you want to prepare your own filter coffee, the additional coffee machine is located next to the dishes inside the lower elements of the kitchen under the sink, so that the kitchen work surface remains free. You can use it freely, pour fresh water and enjoy. You will pay in cash upon departure.

The water from our tap is completely healthy and drinkable.

It is one of the better ones in Croatia.

The refrigerator in the kitchen is also equipped with an icebox. The refrigerator is included, if you bring frozen food with you, feel free to move it to the freezer.

We used part of the lower part of the refrigerator as a mini-bar. To refresh you on the road, here you can find cold beer, wine and optional soft drinks at affordable prices displayed next to the cork. You will pay in cash upon departure.

The apartment has a modern and spacious bathroom. The floor of the bathroom as well as the walls are covered with high-quality ceramic tiles, walls and large mirrors over the entire wall. In addition to radiators, the bathroom also has underfloor heating, enjoy the warmth for your legs and body after a fragrant bath in the shower cabin. There is a window in the bathroom, we put up thick, beige curtains, behind them there is a blind, and the window can be open without feeling the discomfort of cold in winter or sweltering heat in summer.

In the bathroom cabinet there are clean towels in sufficient quantity, they are available in 4 standard sizes. In the shower cabin, we placed a toilet set for showering, shampoos on the shelf; and there are also children's shampoos. There is also a hairdryer and spare toilet paper in the cupboard.

Your shoes will always be dry in the winter in the shoe cabinet that is placed in the bathroom above the underfloor heating. There are also always warm handy slippers in the cupboard.

Apartment 3
Holiday House

Apartment 3, Holiday House was built as a detached house. The whole house is only yours. This apartment, house; via the shared garden, it is connected to the facilities of Apartment Dajčić, located in the same location. The Holiday House has a surface area of 60 m2, it is a two-story apartment with its own separate entrance. At the entrance to the apartment there is a solid anti-burglary door, windows with insulated glass, in the attic there is also a roof Velux window equipped with blinds and a sunshade. Through this window overlooking the parking lot of the Thermal Riviera, you can see the forest across the street, and immediately to the right is a view of the hotel complex of the Thermal Riviera with swimming pools; next to which we are.

The apartment is completely new, it was built in 2021. The heating of the apartment is central floor heating in the entire apartment. The system is designed to cool the floor in summer and heat it in winter. By default, the temperature is set to 20 C, but you can adjust the heating yourself according to your own sense of comfort. The windows are equipped with high-quality insulated glass. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

We use only energy-saving LED lighting

The apartment is on two floors, with an area of about 60 m2. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a living room, a kitchen with a dining area and a separate toilet with a sink on the block element. A gas facade condensing boiler is located here, which does not take air from the room, so the danger of carbon monoxide is impossible. The boiler is set and it is not necessary to adjust anything additionally, so please kindly adjust the temperature regulation exclusively on the digital room thermostat located on the ground floor in the living room. We have already programmed the thermostat for you and adjusted the heating temperature and hot water temperature in order to obtain maximum effect with rational energy consumption. Be patient, it may take 10-20 seconds for hot water to reach your faucet or shower.

On the ground floor, in the living room, there is a large flat screen TV. There are two remote controls. One is for controlling the TV itself, the other is for program selection. The remote controls are next to the TV. The TV is connected to the Internet, in front of you is a Sony Bravia SMART TV with a screen diagonal of 125 cm (50 inches) with a multitude of digital cable programs (MAX TV) on which you can select and listen to digital radio stations with adjusted surround sound using a button on the remote control.

Under the TV is a wardrobe for stacking and hanging clothes. We have also placed two additional blankets in that closet if you need them. Next to the wardrobe, under the stairs there is a handy vacuum cleaner and mop for mopping the floors with a container and a built-in sprayer containing a scented detergent; if you need it. There is also a small lamp behind the TV for dimmed lighting if you don't want to use the main light.

The water from our tap is completely healthy and drinkable.

It is one of the better ones in Croatia.

The toilet on the ground floor with a sink, as well as the bathroom on the first floor, have a window and underfloor heating.

There is liquid soap on the sinks, and shower gel and shampoo in the shower cabin. There are plenty of towels in the cupboard. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.
