By Decision 2186-08-02 / 2-10-7 of 28 September 2010 of the State Administration Office in Varaždin County, Subdivision for Economy and Property-Legal Affairs in the Novi Marof branch office, an approval is issued for the provision of catering services in the household, based on Article 33 paragraph 1 of the Catering Activity Act (OG 138/06, 152/08, 43/09 and 88/10), in connection with Article 334 of the Physical Planning and Construction Act (OG 76/07 and 38/09) as a studio apartment quality accommodation 4 stars .
